When you add an item to your order, you will be taken to the Review Cart page where you can change quantities or remove items from your order. If you change the quantity of any item in your basket, be sure to click "Update Quantity."

From the Review Order page, you may choose to continue shopping, submit the order, or cancel the order by removing items from your Shopping Cart. You may review your order at any time during your visit by simply choosing "Shopping Cart" on any of the Shop pages.

After clicking "Checkout" on the Review Order page, click "Continue"

You will then be directed to Paypal to continue your checkout. You do not need an existing Paypal account to place an order. Follow the instructions Paypal offers to complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm the order. If you do NOT receive this email within 24 hours of placing the order, please call Meredith at 1-773-759-5660.

If there is more than one recipient, please include that information in the "Note to Seller" section at the end of the Paypal process.

We only accept credit cards for payment via Paypal. You are not required to have an existing Paypal account in order to pay for your order. If you decide to cancel your order, please call 1-773-759-5660 as soon as possible. Please do not deny shipping in order to return the order without first contacting our Customer Service department.

If you wish to pay by check, money order, print the shopping cart page sign it and mail or fax it. Call 773-759-5660 for details.

After completing the order, you will see an Order Confirmation page that includes an order confirmation number and shows your billing address, shipping address, payment information, and items ordered. You should receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will confirm that your order was processed and will provide you with your order number again should you need to contact Customer Service.

You can track your order at any time by contacting Customer Service or by clicking on the link provided in the Order Confirmation email sent to you.
